A: Usually 3 packs for shoulder length and 5 for waist length.

A: No, we only do ladies and kids.

## How customers pay
Card, cash and SnapScan at the salon. Braiding and colour bookings need a R150 deposit by EFT or SnapScan to confirm; it comes off your bill on the day.

## Bookings, orders and quotes
To book we need: your name, the service, your preferred day and time, and for braids the length you want. Bella confirms every booking in this chat and sends the deposit details.

## Delivery, refunds and guarantees
Cancel or move a booking at least 24 hours before, or the deposit is kept. If you are more than 20 minutes late we may need to rebook you.
